Shipping Policy

• We offer FREE PAN India shipping 
• To our friends outside India, hang tight - we're working on reaching you soon!
• Worried about online payments? We partner with the most trusted couriers for safe delivery, though we're not liable for any courier delays.
• You'll receive a tracking code to keep tabs on your parcel once it's on its way.

Delivery and time frames

• Dispatch of product may take around 5-10 working days. We do our best to ensure timely dispatch of all orders. Please note- we are only providing estimated dispatch dates
  
  
• Incase of holidays/ sales or any unforeseen circumstances our dispatches might be slightly delayed.
• Upon confirmation of your order we will process the order within 3-5 working days and send you your order confirmation email / SMS.
  
  
• Orders are packed and shipped between Monday- Saturday excluding public holidays. Please note that the business days may refer to, and exclude- notified holidays/ public holidays and or bank holidays

Couriers & Logistics

Please note that, we ship orders through our trusted third party courier & logistics service providers for safe delivery , however we are not liable for any courier / shipping delays

•  ⁠If the shipping / delivery address provided by you is inaccurate or incomplete, in that case the delivery of the order may be delayed. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped, due to incorrect or incomplete address or reasons attributable to you.
  
  
•  ⁠The courier and logistics service provider may also share the status of delivery of your order or contact you to check your availability for delivering the order. If you are not available at the time of the delivery the order, they will take the order back & mark it as not delivered & will try again as per their schedule. You can contact providers local office & reschedule the delivery.

EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY

• We do not have refund policy. All returns are processed as store credit only.
  
  
• We have a 10 day return/ exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return through our email address contact@houseofpri.in
  
  
• A reverse pickup process will be initiated by us which will take 2-3 days.
  
  
• Once the returned product reaches us, we will do the quality check of the product.

PRODUCT SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF 

• If the product has been damaged due to the fault of the customer (we would request you to take a video of the parcel being unpacked)
  
  
• If the product has been altered by customer
  
  
• If the product has been worn or used
  
  
• If the product belongs to a category of non returnable products on the website.

GENERAL POLICIES TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE 

• All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with the tags attached reading and should be in its original packaging with attached receipt of purchase and order no.
  
  
• Incases wherein you still send us such a product, we shall send it back to you solely at your expense and risk.
  
  
• All returns are accepted after a thorough check of the product by our team and only then the credit note is processed. The items must be returned to our warehouse before the return for credit or exchange can be issued.
  
  
• For any returns, to and fro shipping amount plus COD charges (if applicable) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of store credit.
  
  
• Incase of exchange If the new product is lower in value, the difference will be credited to the customer in the form of store credit. This amount can be used within three months from the date of credit issued.
  
  
• In case of exchange- if the product is higher in value, the customer will have to pay the differences via G-pay payment mechanism.
  
  
• House of Pri cannot be held liable for loss of garments being returned.
  
  
• Garments that have incurred any makeup stains or has smell of perfume or any other scent will not be accepted. Hence please take a video of the outfit while packing it and sealing the package.
  
  
• Only authorized returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorization will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of the garment. 
  
  
• The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  
  
• Products purchased using store credit are not eligible for return.
  
  
• Any product once exchanged cannot be exchanged or returned the second time.
  
  
• Customized orders are not eligible for returns/ exchanges.
  
  
• Products on sale are not eligible for returns/ exchanges.
  
  
• We would request you to attach a video of unpacking the outfit and checking it for any damages, In case  you receive a damaged product, we should be notified within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. We may request you to share the video along with the pictures with us at contact@houseofpri.in
